Recount text is a text that is used to retell the readers what happened in the past trough a sequence of event. Recount text has function to retell past event for the purpose of informing or entertaining.
Generic structure
-orientation : provide the setting & introduces
-events : tell what happened, in what a sequence event 1,event 2, etc.
-re-orientation : restates the writer’s opinion personal comment or personal comment of writer on the incident
